We are phasing out our gas powered small equipment and replacing with battery powered. We know how to cost-effectively add more plants and use self-sowing seeds to enhance the landscape.
We love nature; the land, soil, gardens, trees, shrubs, and perennials. The “land” around us is “the single landscape”. If everyone would do all they could with their piece of the urban landscape, the whole could be an amazing quilt work of beauty. It starts with the Single, the One.
Landscapia is not about doing the same things that have been done since…….landscaping began. Yes, there are horticultural truths that stand the test of time and we practice these truths to the letter. We have also developed our own tools, our specialized equipment, our own in-house built App for our field service workers. We dispatch differently and use advanced logistics and operation models. We are a very traditional landscape services business when it comes to dealing with the natural parts of the landscape and a very hi-tech operation on the business and operations end.

What you don’t receive when you hire Landscapia.
- We are not a fly-by-night operation. This is a long term business with a long term vision for our clients.
- We do not dabble in exterior building installation or maintenance services. If we have a partner in place, we may be able to add non-core services to your Landscapia invoice. Examples of our partners include high tree work, power washing, and parking lot line painting. If add-on service work is to be contracted out, you will always know before any work is started.
- We are not a landscaping referral portal with no experience in the landscape trade.
